A proud Brooklyn Native through and through, Dr. Victor always viewed education as the ultimate investment.  Her own journey to a Doctorate in Educational Leadership was not without its hurdles; having faced her own academic struggles in her earlier years, she learned early on the power of persistence. Today, she uses that experience to show youth that their current challenge does not define their future potential. 

Since 2002, Dr. Victor has been a tireless advocate for New York City’s youth. Her diverse background– spanning roles as an assistant teacher, writing coach, mentor, caseworker, and motivational speaker– gave a front-row seat to the gaps in student support. This sparked the vision for J.U.S.T(Just Us Sitting Together): a space where youth are not just a name on a roster, but members of a community.

 At J.U.S.T, Dr. Victor’s mission is to create a “beacon of light” for youth.  She believes that shared dreams and shared fears are best navigated together. By focusing on authenticity and genuine love, she builds relationships with youth that goes far beyond a standard job description. Dr. Victor is dedicated to ensuring that every youth that walks through J.U.S.T. doors leaves with a smaller footprint of doubt and a larger legacy of confidence, ready to ignite their imagination all the way to the finish line.
